By using the Services, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.
Editorial Nature of SABRINA
SABRINA is an independent editorial publication.
Our content may include essays, commentary, interviews, recipes, personal reflections, cultural analysis, fiction, discussions of relationships and intimacy, lifestyle material, beauty, food, sexuality, pleasure, travel and other editorial subjects.
Much of this material is inherently subjective.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SABRINA content reflects editorial perspectives, personal experiences, interpretation and opinion rather than individualized professional advice.
Medical, Health and Wellness Disclaimer
SABRINA does not provide medical or healthcare advice.
Nothing published or sold through SABRINA should be interpreted as:
- medical advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment;
- psychological or psychiatric care;
- nutrition or dietary treatment;
- sexual-health diagnosis or treatment;
- individualized health guidance.
Health, beauty, food, wellness or body-related content is provided for general editorial and informational purposes only.
Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, nutrition or other health concerns.
You are responsible for determining whether any activity, recipe, practice or suggestion is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Relationship, Marriage and Personal Advice Disclaimer
SABRINA is not a relationship counseling, marriage counseling, couples therapy, psychotherapy or professional coaching service.
Content concerning love, sex, intimacy, dating, marriage, relationships, conflict, attraction, communication or personal development is provided for editorial, cultural and general informational purposes.
Nothing published by SABRINA establishes a therapist-client, counselor-client, coach-client or other professional advisory relationship.
Our essays, audio experiences, prompts, challenges, immersions and other materials should not be treated as individualized advice for your relationship or personal circumstances.
Relationship situations can involve complex emotional, psychological, financial, legal or safety considerations. Where appropriate, you should seek assistance from a qualified professional.
If you are experiencing abuse, coercion, violence or an immediate safety concern, SABRINA content is not a substitute for professional or emergency support.
Other Professional Advice Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SABRINA does not provide legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Any discussion of these topics is general and editorial in nature.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions that require individualized legal, financial, tax or other professional guidance.
Accuracy of Editorial Content
We aim to publish thoughtful, useful and well-researched material.
However, we do not warrant that all editorial information is complete, error-free or continuously up to date.
This may include, among other things:
- historical or cultural references;
- travel information;
- prices;
- product availability;
- restaurant or hotel information;
- beauty or lifestyle information;
- relationship commentary;
- recipes and food information;
- third-party recommendations.
Editorial content may also be updated, corrected or removed over time.
Your reliance on editorial material is at your own discretion.
Products and Services
SABRINA Editions may offer:
- digital magazine issues;
- PDFs and downloadable publications;
- audio content;
- immersions and guided experiences;
- subscriptions or memberships where offered;
- physical publications;
- objects or merchandise;
- other editorial or commercial products.
Descriptions, prices and availability may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit an offering where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights you already acquired through a completed purchase and applicable law.
Digital Products
Digital products may include PDFs, digital magazines, audio recordings, downloads, private-access materials or other digital content.
When you purchase digital content, you receive a limited personal-use right to access and use that content in accordance with these Terms.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
- redistribute a digital issue;
- upload it publicly;
- share download or private-access links;
- resell it;
- reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes;
- make copies for distribution to others.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of SABRINA’s intellectual property.
Immediate Digital Delivery and EU Withdrawal Rights
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, we may ask you to expressly agree that delivery begins before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Where applicable law permits, you may also be asked to acknowledge that by requesting immediate access to digital content, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery or access begins.
This is particularly relevant to downloadable or streamed digital content supplied to consumers in the European Union. Under EU rules, the withdrawal exception for non-tangible digital content requires prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right, and appropriate confirmation from the trader.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed before checkout.
You agree to provide current, accurate and complete purchase and account information.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order is not necessarily accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- suspected fraud;
- pricing or technical errors;
- payment failure;
- misuse of the Services;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, we will issue any refund required by law.
Customer Accounts
You may be able to create or access a SABRINA customer account.
Your account may allow you to review past orders and, where technically supported, return to digital issues or other products you have purchased.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and access.
You must not knowingly permit unauthorized use of your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Different rules may apply depending on whether an offering is:
- digital content;
- a service or immersion;
- a physical product;
- defective or incorrectly supplied;
- subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in our Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, SABRINA and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
This includes, among other things:
- magazine issues;
- articles;
- essays;
- fiction;
- audio recordings;
- photographs;
- illustrations;
- videos;
- recipes and editorial presentation;
- branding;
- graphics;
- layouts;
- downloadable materials;
- text;
- website design;
- trademarks and trade dress.
You may access SABRINA content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative commercial products from, scrape or systematically copy SABRINA content without prior permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
User Conduct
You may not use the Services:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of others;
- to distribute malware or harmful code;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
- to access accounts or restricted areas without authorization;
- to scrape or systematically extract content where prohibited;
- to impersonate another person;
- to engage in fraud or abuse.
Reviews, Comments and Submissions
If SABRINA allows you to submit reviews, comments, testimonials or other material, you remain responsible for what you submit.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, threatening or otherwise violates the rights of another person.
Where you voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials to SABRINA, we may request permission to reproduce them in editorial or promotional materials.
We will not attribute private communications publicly without appropriate permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
SABRINA may link to websites, products or services operated by third parties.
We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
Some links may be affiliate links. Where applicable, SABRINA may receive a commission if you make a purchase through such a link, without additional cost to you.
Shopify
SABRINA Editions uses Shopify to provide ecommerce infrastructure, checkout, customer accounts and related functionality.
Your use of certain commerce functionality may therefore also involve Shopify and its service providers.
Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices may apply to its processing and services.
Availability of the Services
We aim to keep SABRINA available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may occasionally:
- perform maintenance;
- change website functionality;
- experience technical failures;
- modify or discontinue features.
Where a paid product or service is affected, we will respect any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
“As Is” Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, editorial and free website content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- all content will be error-free;
- the websites will always be available;
- every piece of information will remain current;
- SABRINA content will produce a particular personal, relationship, emotional, financial, health or lifestyle outcome.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
SABRINA may publish or sell experiences intended to encourage reflection, pleasure, creativity, connection, romance or personal exploration.
We do not promise or guarantee that using SABRINA content, issues, challenges, immersions or other materials will produce a particular:
- relationship outcome;
- improvement in a marriage or partnership;
- emotional result;
- sexual result;
- health result;
- financial outcome;
- personal transformation.
Individual experiences vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SABRINA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from your use of free editorial content or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to an account or Service where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- unlawful conduct;
- security concerns;
- material violation of these Terms;
- misuse of SABRINA content or intellectual property.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SABRINA’s current business operations in Quebec, Canada, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence where those protections apply.
European Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under applicable EU and national law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive those rights.
For online purchases where a statutory withdrawal right applies, SABRINA will provide the information and withdrawal mechanisms required by applicable law. As of June 19, 2026, merchants selling online to EU consumers are subject to additional electronic withdrawal-function requirements where the withdrawal right applies.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about SABRINA, an order or these Terms, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right to use an applicable court, consumer-protection body or dispute-resolution mechanism.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Last updated date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired through a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase, constitute the applicable agreement between you and SABRINA concerning the Services.

Refund Policy
For Shopify, I would publish a separate Refund Policy, not bury this only inside the Terms. Shopify requires merchants to provide clear, current and accessible refund-policy information, and EU-facing stores need to explain applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
I’d use this:
Refund Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
We want you to know what to expect before purchasing from SABRINA Editions.
Because SABRINA offers different types of products, refund and return rules depend on what you purchase.
Digital Issues and Downloadable Content
Digital magazine issues, PDFs, downloadable publications, audio content and other immediately accessible digital products are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or materially different from what was described.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact us at hello@sabrinabawa.com and we will help resolve the issue.
If we are unable to provide the digital product you purchased, we will provide an appropriate replacement, remedy or refund as required by law.
EU Consumers and Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union ordinarily have statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance purchases.
However, for digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once delivery begins if you have:
- expressly requested or consented to immediate delivery during the withdrawal period;
- acknowledged that doing so causes you to lose your withdrawal right; and
- received the legally required confirmation.
Where these conditions are not satisfied, any mandatory withdrawal rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Immersions, Experiences and Digital Services
Refund rules for immersions, courses, guided experiences or other services will be stated on the relevant product page where additional terms apply.
Where performance begins immediately at your request, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Physical Products
When SABRINA offers physical products, applicable return instructions and eligibility will be provided with the product or order information.
For eligible purchases, products generally must be returned:
- unused;
- in their original condition;
- with original packaging where applicable;
- within the applicable return period.
For consumers in the European Union, applicable statutory withdrawal rights are respected, including the minimum 14-day withdrawal period where required by law.
Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalized, perishable, opened hygiene-sensitive or other legally exempt products.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@sabrinabawa.com with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the problem.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
How to Contact Us
For any refund, return or digital-access problem, contact:
hello@sabrinabawa.com
Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the issue.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
